Changing Dynamics: The Law & Economics of Marijuana Legalization

On November 6, 2012 Colorado Amendment 64 passed and the Constitution of the state of Colorado was subsequently amended to outline a statewide drug policy for cannabis. Over the past two decades, more than thirty states have legalized though the drug remains classified as a Schedule 1 drug under federal law.
