Are you certain if your role model is the right fit for modeling behavior? Is there a way you can find out which mentor will create the best space for you to be the best you? Yes, there is. Tune in to another compelling episode of Medicine Mentors, where we are joined by Dr. VK Gadi, the Professor, and Director of Medical Oncology at the University of Illinois Chicago, as we discuss how to identify mentors that exhibit model behavior, which mentor will help you unlock your potential, and how you can carve out your path to success. Pearls of Wisdom:   1. Find a mentor who can create the space for you to be the best and truest version of yourself. 2. A mentor should be someone their mentees can model. The qualities they wish to pass on should be exuded in their actions without being relayed in a forceful and threatening manner. 3. Success is not produced by a specific algorithm or a systematic method. It’s a diversified and arduous process and it’s achieved in many different phases during different parts of our journey.
