Fiona is an internationally acclaimed intuitive healer, mental life teacher, qualified psychotherapist and biodynamic psychologist. She is acknowledged as a leader in her field. For the past 35 years, isn’t that amazing, she has been running a really famous retreat in Somerset called Arrigo Programme which brings together her approach of working through trauma and stress.
