272. What type of a perfectionist are you? The four perfectionist archetypes

Not at all perfectionism looks alike, because there are different motivations behind each archetype. Some perfectionism can actually be healthy ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6mItTKzfiK8&t=191s), but most perfectionism can be crippling and limiting. In this conversation, we're exploring the 4 archetypes of perfectionism coming from the maladaptive side of perfectionism. These archetypes share a common energy - the FEAR OF FAILURE. Most actions, thoughts, and behaviors are driving by fear rather than excitement and joy.
