If you missed last weeks episode, Georgie is an acupressure and acupuncture expert, yin yoga teacher and founder of Unfold studio in London. She offers a range of rituals to bring about stillness, calm and relaxation whilst on a deeper level, reducing stress, anxiety and depression - as well as other physical and emotional ailments.   In this episode, she guides us through how to perform acupressure on yourself, anytime, anywhere. Taking us around the body, she guides us to different points that can help with different daily symptoms and side effects of modern life. She covers points to reduce symptoms including irritability, menstrual tension, stress, anxiety and insomnia. She also offers guidance to elevate tension headaches, migraines and to come back to the present moment when you feel anxiety or heavy, overwhelming thoughts take over. These points help us to connect back to the breath and to reconnect the mind and body, allowing them to work in harmony with reduced physical and mental tensions.
