#16 - Guided Episode - 25 Minute Embracing Vulnerability Meditation with Will Williams

In this guided episode I am so pleased to share a 25 minute meditation guided by Will Williams of Beeja Meditation. Beeja offer online and in-person meditation courses, as well as now an app so you can learn and practice virtually. This guided meditation is based on vulnerability and is intended to help encourage you to embrace weaknesses and move through life in a more empowered way, regardless of whether you might stumble or fail along the way. It is, after all, all part of the process.  If you missed the last guest episode with Will, I highly recommend you give it a listen as it has been by far one of my favourite chats recently. It's a long episode, but I hope it gives a really authentic insight into why we experience anxiety, how it shows up and manifests in people differently, how we can manage it on a personal level, as well as why we need to stop playing it safe in life, and how that prevents us from living fully.
