Can You Buy NZ Property As a Foreigner? Who Can Buy and When⎪Ep. 521

In this episode, we discuss Labour's 'foreign buyer ban,' which was originally introduced in 2018. The purpose was to stop foreigners from buying up NZ properties and pushing prices up.  We discuss the rules, along with who can buy and who can only buy properties that are specifically exempt. We also mention this tool which has been built by the New Zealand government, which you can use to assess whether and what sort of property you can buy in New Zealand.  Finally, we wrap up the show by talking about our upcoming property investment webinar.
