The OCR stayed the same and the Large Scale Asset Purchasing Programme remains as does the Funding for Lending Programme. But, there was much to be gained from the Reserve Bank Governor's speech. He expects interest rates to continue falling – and is looking closely at banks to see whether there is a full 'pass through' of the Reserve Bank's programmes.
