In this episode, we discuss how property investors now require 40% deposits if purchasing through BNZ and ASB. This episode was recorded just before the RBNZ released their new announcement about LVR changes. Since this episode was recorded, we know know that LVRs will be coming back at 30% from the 1st of March. These will then increase to 40% from the 1st of May.
