New Rules Coming From Reserve Bank – Low Deposit Lending Limited + Potentially DTIs⎜Ep. 698

In this episode, we discuss upcoming changes by the Reserve Bank, who is moving to limit low deposit lending to owner occupiers.  We discuss whether this will have any effect on the market, as well as other potential measures that could be introduced for property investors.
