I'm Michael Albaum and today I'm joined by Taylor Loht, founder of NT capital and Taylor is going to be talking to us today about syndications and how to spot some of the not so great actors out there and who syndications may and may not be for as an investor goes. So let's get into it.   Taylor, what's going on, man? Thanks so much for coming on and hanging out with me today. I really appreciate you.   Taylor: Thank you for having me today. I'm really excited to talk with you.   Michael: No, likewise, likewise. So I know a little bit about your background and kind of what you're doing but for those of our audience members that don't know who you are, give us a quick and dirty who you are. Where do you come from and what is it, you're doing real estate today?   Taylor: Sure, absolutely. I'm a real estate investor based in Richmond, Virginia, I decided to make the switch to real estate investing. A number of years ago, I don't even honestly remember exactly when but had been investing in Wall Street, you know, typical things. For a few years. You know, at the time, it was kind of hard to pick and miss on Wall Street because it was right in the wake of the great recession. But I just saw real estate as a better opportunity to create passive income and then, you know, here we are.   Michael: Awesome and now today, you got a company and T capital. Talk to us a little bit about what it is that you all do.   Taylor: Sure, absolutely. So it's part of my real estate syndication investing. So basically, I help people passively invest in real estate syndications. Got the securities licenses and everything to do that and help sponsors raise capital in a compliant manner, of course, and, you know, help people, as I say, on my podcast, escape the Wall Street casino and build wealth on Main Street by investing in real estate.   Michael: Love it and what is your podcast called for anyone that wants to go check it out?   Taylor: Sure.
