In this solo episode, Ruben digs into notes and learnings from "Of Boys and Men: Why the Modern Man Male is Struggling, Why it Matters, and What to do About it " by Richard Reeves. A contender for the top spot for books of 2022. This read was filled with data so lot to go over, I do my best to cover the parts that stood out most. One's that makes one take a step back and think. This is a must-listen. This book is an analysis of how boys and men have been doing over the last threeish decades. How the advent of boys leaving school, dropping out, and choosing not to even enter the workforce is having a detrimental effect on society as a whole. But what is causing this problem? Politics, the education system, and even the rise of feminism have had their own effects both positively and negatively. Richard looks at both sides of the argument and asks us to keep both ideas in mind while reading through the book.  I truly hope you enjoy this episode.
