Meditation- we know it’s good for us, but it seems the excuses to not do it can be endless- we don’t have the time, it’s hard, you don’t know where to begin, on and on and on. This week we’re giving you a challenge- 7 days of meditation! Every day, you’ll have a brand new guided meditation by your host, Stephanie. Whether you’re brand new to the practice or you’ve been consistently meditating every day for the past decade or more, these guided meditations can help you move deeper into your practice. We know the word “challenge” can feel intimidating, but we chose this word for a reason. When you commit yourself to something challenging, the only way to feel victorious on the other side is to make it your priority. You need to ask yourself why you want this and to chose discipline over your excuses. For some of us, the idea of meditating for 7 days sounds like cake- and for others, this can feel daunting. If you’re in the latter group, know that I will be with you every step of the way. We’ll build ourselves up in duration of meditation (Monday’s is only 8 minutes!), learn new tools along the way, and give it our best. All you need is intention and the commitment to give yourself 10-15 minutes of meditation in your day. Here’s what’s in store for this week: Monday: Morning Meditation - Enabling you to start your day with energy and connection - Duration: 9 min Tuesday: Locus of control - A tool for you when outside distractions or victim mentalities pull you from your center. - Duration: 12 min Wednesday: Walking Meditation - Connect with the nature around you and use your senses to ground yourself. - Duration: 13 min Thursday:Somatic Release - Reset your system and release any stuck energy through shaking, qi gong, and EFT tapping. - Duration: 11.5 min Friday: Mirror Meditation - Utilize humming and eye gazing to take control of your ego, connect to your higher self, and build your confidence. - Duration: 12 min Saturday: Chakra Affirmations - Tune into your energy centers using sound waves & affirmations. - Duration: 25 min Sunday: Trusting the process - Step into your knowing as you're guided to a deep inner journey through breath work, shamanic drumming, and light language. - Duration : 30 min If you'd like to work with Stephanie, you can find more information on her services at www.schoolofwhispers.com Stephanie's Instagram HERE Stephanie TikTok HERE
