Your host, Stephanie is referring to reconnecting with the Universal “Mother” and “Father” energies which are constantly supporting, loving, and protecting us as we walk through this lifetime. Unrealistic expectations we place on our parents, childhood wounds, distrust of ourselves, toxic relationships with food, drugs, and other humans- they can make it so easy for us to believe we’re alone and unsafe. When we face opportunity for growth with resistance, these wounds can quickly become our excuses for staying small. For Stephanie, this journey began for her during her first bufo experience. After the heavy realizations that come with healing ancestral wounds, returning to her regular life pushed her to redefine where she seeks safety and comfort. To be completely real with you, she resisted of lot of this growth at first, and she sought out to numb herself for months before surrendering to this new lesson. She shares how she’s navigated through these realizations, let go of her expectations, her crutches, and stepped into a new journey unfolding before her.
