Florida is home to sunshine, alligators, beaches, freedom, and one of the world's largest media and entertainment corporations with its own government. Disney has a long history of hiring predators, sexual deviants, child molesters, and the like, and even rehiring them after conviction and prison time. Recently, rather than protesting this apparent 'policy', Disney workers went on strike over HB 1557, which prohibits instruction on "sexual orientation or gender identity" for pre-k through third grade. Opponents of the new law call it the 'don't say gay' bill and say that it attacks those in an LGBTQ classification even though the bill includes discussion on ALL sexual and gender orientations. In response, Disney is moving to make 50% of all their characters and stories by the end of 2022 be LGBTQIA affiliated. All of this is strange considering that all the members of such a group constitute a small fraction of the entire global population. 'Trans' people make up less than a fraction of 1% and yet 'their' lobby has grown to include big banks, the UN, mega-corporations, and other powerful groups. The real aim seems to be, as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis pointed out, the "sexualization" of children.
