Lessons and Gifts of Physical Illness

Realizations are coming fast and furious in this quantum time-space I find myself in. I'm seeing that the acute stomach pain I've been having these past few weeks is here to teach me many things. Recently I've embarked on a healing program that is as simple as can. I realized the overwhelm of so many opinions, options, protocols and programs is part of what was making me want to crawl under the covers most days.
