I have been wanting to talk about herbalism on this show for a while, so I thought Sondra would be a perfect person to speak about that. She is an herbalist and has studied a number of ancient traditions such as European herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a few Native American herbal traditions.
