James Felton Keith is a candidate running for a House of Representatives seat in New York's 13th congressional district. James is an author and entrepreneur who holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Tuskegee and a masters degree in economics from Harvard. Currently, James sits on the advisory board for Rutgers University and the Democratic National Committee.
