Episode 91: Thoughts on Unconditional Love
Thrive After Abuse - En podcast af Dana Morningstar

In this episode I share some of my thoughts on unconditional love. We can love someone, but if it's coming at the expense of loving ourselves, then it's not unconditional love. We can feel love for a person, no matter how damaged they are, but it's important that we do so from a place that we can remain safe and sane. Unconditional love doesn't mean unconditional allowance of abuse in our lives.
My first book, “Start Here: A Crash Course in Understanding, Navigating, and Healing From Narcissistic Abuse" is finally out! You can find the ebook version on Amazon by going to amazon.com/shop/thriveafterabuse . This book helps to provide definitions to the most common (and important) words and concepts surrounding narcissistic abuse, as well as FAQs, and much, much more. Print and audible books are in progress and will hopefully be out by the end of November 2017.
