If you listen to this podcast and you are a business owner, there is a very high chance that you also follow other business coaches, educators, mentors - and that you are being targeted with ads selling you products, courses, and programs to help you build your business. Even before you buy anything you are likely getting all sorts of information about other people’s strategies and plug-and-play solutions that you “should” implement to be successful. In many ways, that makes now and amazing time to have a business. The ease of and access to learning and information is unbelievable! But what about when all you’re doing is chasing getting it “right”, implementing other people’s strategies, or trying to execute on the mile-long to do list you created as a result of all of your learning, but you aren’t getting any results? In this episode I’m going to talk about what to do before you implement what you learned from others. And I’m going to have to hold myself back just a little - because I could go on about this for hours. That’s why I’m running a free community training on Friday April 8 called Strategy is Not Your Savior. In that training I’m going to break down how you can step off of the hamster wheel that is everyone else’s strategies and step into your own way of doing business that is aligned, sustainable, and effective. If you want to save your spot for that free training, head to bit.ly/tydlive . You will receive the recording and any resources that I can share to help you implement what we cover - and in full disclosure, I’m still working on that training so I’m not 100% what those will be yet. But I do know that there are people who have come to all of my community trainings this year who now have a whole collection of worksheets and PDFs to help them get clear on their way of running their business, so if you want to get in on that, head to bit.ly/tydlive.
