Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Abbiola Ballah founded Phern Education Studios to be a catalyst for change in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space by prioritizing not just learning but taking action. Her 20+ years of experience living internationally and 17+ years as an educator, and curriculum & program designer gives her a unique lens through which she approaches DEI. She primarily works with online business owners & founders guiding them through the process of building inclusive practices & taking inclusive action in their programs & communities.
