151. If you hate marketing, look at your offers

I have good news and bad news. The bad news is, if you want to grow your business you really can not avoid marketing. The good news it, marketing can be a lot easier and more enjoyable with some tweaks. In this episode, I’m talking about the number one tweak that will make everything easier in your business: creating offers you love showing up to. Your offers are the one thing that everything else in your business has to align with. Your marketing, your systems, how you spend your time - all of it should ultimately be in line with what you provide and how you make money. And that means if you don’t love your offers, you’re setting your business up for misalignment across the board. Instead of shifting your marketing and messaging to fit your offers, I recommend taking a good look at your offers and making sure they are aligned for you. Then, everything becomes easier because it all ties back to things you truly care about and enjoy!
