We hear a whole lot about “doing the work” - but this week I wanted to have Lauren Kay Roberts, Tristan Katz, and Charlie Redd on the podcast to talk about what that work actually needs to look like for entrepreneurs (and really, everyone). They are the collaborators behind the Social Justice for Entrepreneurs workshop series that kicks off in January (see link below). Here is what this conversation affirmed for me: real, meaningful work is always complex, it is always ongoing, and showing up requires a tolerance for imperfection. And much like all of the work that I discuss on Transcend Your Dichotomy, it requires a commitment to your own unlearning. I’m so grateful for these three spending this time with me, and I hope you’ll tune in, listen, reflect, and see where you can take this work deeper within yourself. And if you need support, Social Justice for Entrepreneurs is right around the corner.
