Turning 30 and Breaking Free From Family to Live Your Own Path Ft Taylor Amrani

“We can’t control the family that we are born into and the choices our parents make for us, but we can control how we choose to live our own lives”, the wise words of this episode’s podcast guest, spiritual teacher and podcast host Taylor Amrani, who I invited on to talk about how we can live our own truth, even when it is different than the life our parents imagined for us.   In this episode we dive into the topic of breaking free from our family’s expectations, and Taylor shares her personal journey with her own father who was originally disappointed that she gave up an opportunity to study law, to pursue her dream to be a life coach.   Over the years Taylor has learnt to practice empathy and compassion for her parent’s choices, has increased confidence to break free and live her own path and has set out to live that path by remote working and traveling all around the world in 2022 at the age of 28.   Making decisions that look different to what your parents or family expect of you can be very difficult, and this episode gives a voice to the challlenges that you may experience and the feelings of guilt or doubt that you may go through as a result. We have an honest conversation about how to deal with these emotions, and we even talk about how our grandma’s can give us inspiration to how to live our truth.   If you want to be inspired to live a more authentic path and to break free from the way you imagined or have been taught your life will look, this one is for you.   Emma:   Emma: IG: https://www.instagram.com/turning30coach/ Book an initial consult call for 1:1 coaching:https://calendly.com/turning30coach/turning30program   Taylor: IG: https://www.instagram.com/lifebytaylor/ Website: www.lifebytaylor.com
