Turning 30 and the Joy of Solo Travel

This episode is the first in my brand new solo podcast series focusing on the topics that I believe are pivotal to enjoying your thirties.   Once upon a time, the thought of solo travel was a far away concept that people only did when they couldn’t convince their friends to come along with them (or maybe they didn’t even have friends at all).   After getting a small taste of solo travel in my early thirties, once I went through a break up at age 33 I felt a calling to go on an adventure that I couldn’t ignore.   My first big solo travel trip at age 33 opened up a whole new world for me. It wasn’t just the opportunity to travel, but the lessons that I learnt along the way. This episode tells my journey to solo travel and I am sharing the reasons why I love it so much. I also share tips for those of you who want to travel alone, but you aren't sure how to start planning a trip or you are feeling scared to take the leap.   This episode is for everyone and anyone who wants to get to know themselves on a deeper level, have new experiences and meet new people along the way, regardless of age, regardless of relationship status and regardless of having never done anything like this before.   I currently have 1:1 coaching spots available for April start dates.   Click here to book a free initial consultation call:   https://calendly.com/turning30coach/turning30program   Join my community on Instagram at: @turning30coach
