Today I’m talking to Alison Clark from Nottingham. After a career in nursing, Alison qualified as a Nordic Walking Instructor in August 2017, and works as a volunteer instructor with British Nordic Walking. Projects have introduced her to the needs of a range of people who might feel challenged by a fast paced walk in a group of people they perceive as fitter than them.
