With over 28 million viewers on Sunday night between the UK and US, I am sure you have at least heard rumblings of it by now. The thing that stuck out to me was how Meghan said she felt trapped. It struck a cord because I understood how she felt. I felt like that too at one point. Listening to the interview was a reminder that none of us ever knows what’s really going on in someone’s life. They could seem like they have it all together and are living an envious life, but they could feel trapped and suffocated. And it dawned on me that if I had felt that way - when anyone who looked at my life might have envied it - then others are feeling this way too. If that’s you, I want you to know that you are not alone. It’s okay to feel this way, or to have felt this way, but let’s find a way out because it’s not okay that you stay there. So, today’s show is all about 5 tips to help you get to the other side when you feel trapped or like you’re just going through the motions and hardly see the point of it all. This episode of the Wannabe Minimalist Show will help you discover: That you are not alone (even if you feel like you are all alone on an island) The first simple step you can do to start putting the pieces back together Why tiny steps are bigger than big changes when you feel stuck A more productive way to look at problem solving vs. this or that My secret weapon when it comes to de-stressing when life feels out of control ********************** Music: Fresh Lift by Shane Ivers - https://www.silvermansound.com Happy by MBB https://soundcloud.com/mbbofficial  Creative Commons — Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported — CC BY-SA 3.0 Free Download / Stream: https://bit.ly/Happy-MBB  Music promoted by Audio Library https://youtu.be/g6swHZbWtRc  ********************** Subscribe & Review Are you subscribed to the Wannabe Clutter Free podcast?
