Michael shares how he started his career in welding by attending night school and working at a motorcycle dealership, where he was encouraged to move to North Carolina to pursue the racing world. He talks about his experience working on his first race team, welding together armored vehicles, fabricating Formula 1 exhaust systems, and eventually starting his own business. Michael also shares how an online argument led him to design and patent the Fupa Cup and gives valuable business advice to the audience.
