EP 141: Using Welding To Solve Problems with Weston Spencer

In this week's episode, Beau chats with Weston Spencer who you might know from his company Salt City Steel or his product the picket master pro. He chats about how he got into welding because of his dad who worked for years as a diesel mechanic. Then in one of his first welding jobs, he worked making ornamental handrails and gates. Having to space out pickets he knew there had to be a tool to make it easier to get your spacing right, and when struggling to find something like it, he made the picket master pro. He also talks about his work as a Millwright at a ski resort, fixing all kinds of equipment, and solving problems with welding.
