A conversation with director Elizabeth Lo on her new documentary, Stray, which follows a stray dog named Zeytin in Istanbul, Turkey and her encounters with the people throughout the city. The project shot in a very distinct style and with very little dialog brings the stray canine's perspective and everyday experience to the screen. Elizabeth discusses her and her team's strategy in producing, shooting and presenting this unique view as well as what she believes to be the documentarian's responsibilities in telling any story.
