In this episode of the "Whole Health Series", Dr. Justine Bernard highlights why she uses the word "movement" instead of "exercise" to illuminate the whole health benefits that come from intentionally moving our bodies with focused breath work each day. She shares her personal journey of moving from professional dancing to being a studio owner and master trainer of the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods. In 2003, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Once her first child was born, she moved back home and opened Elements Fitness & Wellness Center.
