Laura’s guest, Dr. Akilah Cadet, is the founder of Change Cadet - a consulting firm which aims to drive equity and belonging in the workplace. As a young Black woman, Dr. Akilah Cadet experienced judgement, "isms", and numerous barriers in the workplace. One day she thought, “what if I could change that?” and Change Cadet was started.
