The Assurance Podcast is a follow up to Juba’s documentary 'Assurance' which explored the experiences of female DJs in Nigeria. Throughout the eye-opening and motivating 6-part Assurance Podcast series, Juba will talk to women DJs across the Global South, reflecting on their personal journeys, their music scenes and how their social contexts impact their careers and lives. Guests will also offer up wisdom and advice to DJs and Producers. Assurance is all about spotlighting voices away from the European and North American club scenes, which dominate in conversations around gender and representation in music.

This podcast is sponsored by adidas and Zalando as part of their #ShareHerPower campaign, which is all about camaraderie over competition and women empowering women.
