If you are constantly moving through your life beating yourself up, being hard on yourself, focusing on feeling BAD to motivate yourself, you’re going to burn out. Your THOUGHTS will create your reality. Today I’m sharing why: ~ all circumstances are neutral ~ what you THINK is always a choice ~ what you think will create a FEELING ~ what you FEEL will dictate your behaviors, actions and habits
