We’ve ALL done it. Many of us blame ourselves for doing it. What you don’t realize is that food manufacturers have designed everything from the packaging, to the marketing to how the food tastes and breaks down in our body so that we will eat more. And with that knowledge, there are things that you can do to limit it & eventually stop all together.
