Tip 1: Consume more fruits to fight the free radicals that cause skin aging.  Tip 2: Rehydrate the skin before drinking your first cup of coffee Tips 3: Eliminate smoking and/or vaping Tip 4:  Eliminate soda (regular/diet) and white bread Tip 5: Eliminate saturated and trans fats and instead consume avocado, salmon, walnuts, flax seeds. Also, avoid cooking with vegetable or soybean oils and instead, cook with coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter).
